         Sunfull HBS1001 concentrator connects to the Daikin VRV communication board via the HBS interface and then converts it to the RS485 level mode, which enables the PC host or gateway device to access the terminal instrument.

       Wiring diagram

       HBS Modbus conversion module, providing conversion services from HBS bus to Modbus RTU for Daikin air conditioners;
       Power supply: DC12V~24V       
       HBS wiring: Da Jin air conditioning indoor unit F1/F2 signal line
       Communication port: A+/B - signal line for isolating RS485 communication

          Indicator Light Description

1. Power indicator light

  The power supply indicator (green) flashes when the module is connected to power. If the light goes off, the module is not working properly and the power supply must be disconnected.

 2.Communication indicator light

The indicator (green) flashes when downlinking data (the computer sends data to instrument), and it goes off when data is sent; when the green indicator is on without data transmission, it indicates that the module is not working properly. The indicator (green) flashes when uplinking data (instrument sends back data to the computer), and it goes off when data is sent; when the green indicator is on without returning data, it indicates that the instrument is not working properly or line failure.
  3. Overload Indicator  When MBus is short-circuit or overload, the indicator (red) will be on constantly and the module will enter the protection state. Disconnect the loads and the module will recover automatically.

  
1. Connect module DC+ and DC- to positive and negative power supply respectively, the power indicator (green) will flash; then connect the A+ and B- of the external 485 with the 485+ and 485- of the module.
2. Connect F1 and F2 of HBS converter to F1 and F2 of Daikin VRV communication board.

1. The power indicator does not light up after connecting the power supply.

 Check if the power input connection is secure.

2.Green communication indicator does not flash when downlinking data.

Check if the USB port is selected correctly and if the driver is installed correctly.

3. Green communication indicator is constantly on or flashes when there is no data transmission.

The module has malfunctioned. Please contact the manufacturer for repair.
